In most of the universities the students records, courses, attendance & student results are dealt with in an assortment of paper documents, excel spreadsheets or disconnected systems creating a time-consuming process with limited resources. One of the key problems that arose was that there was no one centralized system to take over all aspects of this work, causing repetition & increase of errors. Additional complications were found as online learning systems such as Moodle or Google Classroom would operate individually creating disconnected scattered learning data. This project seeks to eliminate the above problems by providing one system that is able to deal with all aspects and furthermore providing the team with skills in full stack development, database management, system design and all aspects of contemporary development.
